Data Methodology
PayPeek uses aggregated salary benchmarks drawn from multiple public and broad-market sources, including:
- ✓U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics
- ✓Glassdoor broad-market salary aggregates
- ✓PayScale aggregated compensation data
These base figures are adjusted using location-based cost-of-labour models that account for regional wage differentials within and across countries.
